Sorry for the delay, things are super busy and I'm trying to remember all that has happened in order. I was saving this on my phone while I waited to get my blog started but my phone crashed a few weeks back and I lost everything.
Just wanted to talk about the cool things I have seen in Xian since being here.One of these is the many beautiful parks around the city. Giliam's friend John took me for a day in the park on my day off and it is such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.
It is the South Lake park and is beautifully lush. We walked around and talked about women lol. Eventually I would join John and his friend Avril in their running group which runs around this park
Giliam's friend Emily came from Beijing to visit and so we also did some sightseeing things with her, walking around the Muslin street and visiting old temples, of which there are plenty in Xian.
All in all a fascinating and ancient city with much beauty
We had a delightful day and I must say I am really enjoying my time here
